Character design is such a fun part of my job. Recently, I was asked to design Jesus and after much thought and deliberation this sketch is what transpired. I certainly wanted something that was down-to-earth and emphasized his Jewish heritage. This is the second time I have recently designed my take on Jesus, and it is a daunting but rewarding task.
